Project: Hedge Fund - Investor Services
- Worked in the hedge fund process, where we act as an intermediary between the client (fund manager) and the global TAs (transfer agencies).
- Placing the trades in our internal application (subscriptions, redemptions, switches, transfers).
- Responsible for the preparation of the trade documents and releasing the same to the respective TAs, as requested by our fund manager/client.
- Perform cash reconciliation, updating of NAVs, and end-to-end registration and static data updates for clients.
- Responsible for inputting the contract notes and reports released by TA (once after the trade completion) in our internal application. And EOD reporting on a daily basis.
- Ensure quality service and communication, accurate input, validation, and processing of investor data on HFS systems, maintenance of the shareholder register, completing anti-money laundering checks on shareholders' accounts, and other daily reporting tasks.
- Arranged and coordinated payments via SWIFT MT103 (International Wire Transfers) and MT202 (Bank-to-Bank Transfers) using the NEOLINK application.
Project: HFIS - Client Onboarding and Migration.
- Acted as the main TA representative in migrating the HFIS process from HSBC to BNP ISPL.
- I have been in a major part of the migration team for HSBC clients at BNP Paribas.
- We have onboarded more than 12 funds, and a large number of investors and RP setups.
- Worked on vigilance, AML/KYC screening for all new and existing investors.
