- Worked alongside biomedical teams to maintain, repair, and manage medical equipment at customer sites and service locations (In-house and Field service)
- Inspected, troubleshot, calibrated, adjusted, and repaired a wide variety of biomedical devices.
- Performed repairs, preventive maintenance, and calibrations on devices such as Alaris infusion systems (PC units, PCA, Syringe, and EtCO₂ modules), Kangaroo pumps, T/Pumps, Kangaroo Omni, Medfusion 3500 and 4000, OnCare Quartet controllers, Renasys Touch, Dolphin fluid immersion systems, Giraffe incubators, wound VACs, and defibrillators to name a few.

- Used a wide range of test and measurement tools including electrical safety analyzers ,fluke patient simulators, multimeters, temperature probes, pressure gauges, flow meters, and other diagnostic equipment to verify device accuracy and performance.
- Collaborated directly with vendors and manufacturers to obtain technical support, request Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), and coordinate warranty repairs and parts replacements.
- Managed equipment inventory using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, ensuring accurate documentation of service activities, preventive maintenance schedules, and asset tracking.
- Assisted in the receiving, inspection, and installation of new Hillrom hospital beds for a facility-wide upgrade project, ensuring each unit was properly assembled, function-tested, and documented prior to deployment in patient care areas.
