Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.

Operational Oversight:

• Manage the daily functioning and upkeep of HVAC systems, chillers, and other essential utilities.
• Ensure that all equipment is running efficiently, maintaining ideal indoor climate conditions.

Preventive Maintenance:

• Design and execute preventive maintenance plans for HVAC, chiller, and utility systems.

• Design Creation:Develop and produce original sketches and patterns for textile designs on transparent sheets, ensuring precision and clarity.
  Utilize transparent sheets to facilitate accurate design layering, modifications, and finalization.
  
• Chemical Application:Prepare and apply various chemical treatments, including dyes and inks, to transfer designs from transparent sheets to fabric.
  Use appropriate techniques such as screen printing or direct application to ensure accurate design reproduction.
  Manage the preparation and handling of chemicals to achieve desired design effects and color vibrancy.
