Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
• Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools
• Liaise between various business departments and groups.
• Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling
• Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams
• Member of the ISO 20001 implementation core team.

Key Role and Responsibilities:

*Participate in management meetings to define requirement of
the projects

*Providing logic, configuration management, UAT
Testing, Agile scrum methodology, Documentation, FRD, Test case
scenarios, documenting testing results, collaborating closely with
developers to fix the bugs, implementation.

* Business case preparation, Requirement gathering, Baseline assessments, Visio charts for as is model and to be state, stakeholders’ communication.

*Create BRD documents and Data mapping matrix
in line with new system design.

*Collaborate with product and development team to validate
process involved in the report logic and participate in UAT
testing before with QC Team before sing off.

• Managing end to end investment accounting and regulatory reporting process for Life, Property & Casualty Insurance companies doing business in USA.
• Building Custom reports (CRM – inbuilt Business Object language) to help in review process for accuracy of data.
• Automating the reconciliation and regulatory reporting.
• Review administrative /accounting procedures and recommend solutions in order to work towards a more efficient production process.

• Working as a fund accountant for US mutual fund accounting and reconciliation process
• Managing both Equity and Fixed income Funds
• Publishing the Net Asset Value to NASDAQ within specified deadline

Worked as Freelance Sales POC on commission basis- Dealing with Marketing & Sales of Personal Loan, Housing Loans, Mutual Fund, Cash Credit facility and insurance instruments.

• Drove performance of staff by creating incentives and positive work atmosphere and administering recognition and rewards programs.
• Handled a sales team of Kotak Mahindra Bank Subsidiary.
• Maintaining in house marketing and promotional activities, training, tracking TAT’s in credit and operations.
