  • Steelcase is one of the largest and most renowned furniture manufacturers in North America, serving a network of over 160+ independent dealers. The objective of the project was to build a standardized, scalable CRM solution that could be adopted across all dealers to unify customer management, sales processes, and service operations.
  • As part of this initiative, our team developed a Proof of Concept using various modules of Dynamics 365, including Sales, Field Service, and Business Central, with a long-term goal of offering a reusable, industry-compliant CRM template to streamline operations across dealers.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Interacting with Business Analysts to Understand the Customer Requirement.
  • Developed and customized solutions across Sales, Business Central, Field Service, and Power Platform.
