NetSuite software is an online service that enables companies to manage all key business processes in a single system that includes ERP, CRM, managing inventory, tracking financials, hosting e-commerce stores.

My responsibility included working closely with Software engineers (Developers and QA), Product Managers and global customers to deliver the best possible fix and features in the given timeline.

• Optimized template logic to increase capacity of handling transactions by 200 %
• Resolved 12 customer defects (3 escalated) and handled 3 features with no reopening of customer defects
• Resolved a critical precision issue that affected all the Japanese customers
• Received recognition from Director for contributing in reducing the customer defects MTTR by 30%

Worked across 3 products in CA Technologies namely Data Protection, Single Sign On and Privileged Access Manager. Have been part of both development team and defect fixing team.

Data Protection:

• Implemented feature of monitoring and controlling email sent based on email content and project of recipient in email recipient list.
• Implemented Bulk Audit feature that reduced administrator audit time by 40%
• Implemented documentation feature of migrating offline help to online wiki that helped in reducing number of future updates.

Single SignOn:

• Improved navigation of product that increased customer satisfaction index from 60 % to 75 %.

Privileged Access Manager:

• Assisted team of 8 to reduce customer defects MTTR by 10 % while maintaining high quality delivery

• Achieved 90%+ classification rate for bankruptcy prediction of 5 bank datasets using Neural Networks
• Received mention in Institute’s newsletter & cash prize of INR 8,000 for 2nd best project trainee award
