Pest Control: Ensure to keep the clients facilities with disincentive, by ensuring a proper pest controlling is done on the regular intervals.
Client Relationship Management: Managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery timelines and service quality norms.
Team Management: Evaluating performance of operation teams against based promotion planning and providing valuable feedback for improvement.
