Reprocessed unapplied and unidentified payments after receiving confirmation and guidance from the collection team. Performed regular reconciliations between SAP lockbox payments and the Cash Application tracker to maintain data integrity. Prepared and submitted daily reports on applied and unapplied payments (Cash UAC reports) to the collection team to support their follow-up efforts
