• Responsible for overall Business Operations & MIS activities i.e PO, Invoicing, Payment & other project related information
• Procurement for handset for testing, GPS kit, safety items and telecom equipment
• Laptop and desktop purchase for field engineer and admin department
• Uploading RFI/RFQ & Understanding requirement of technical & Admin team
• Preparation of Business Proposals/Quotations/contract documentations
• Shared cash flow report and weekly payment tracking report
• Payment follow-up with customer of overdue invoices
• Familiar with the terms of government taxation
• Preparing monthly review/audit of all projects with technical and finance team
• Coordinating internal, external & regulatory audit/inspections; monitoring the operations for assigned business account i.e work completion status, ERP updation, work completion certificate, invoicing & payment from customer
• Preparing MIS reports & other statements for comparative analysis of projects with a view to apprise management of process operations and assist in critical decision-making process.

• Collaborated with management, technical crew members and fellow supervisors to organize efficient site operations and achieve demanding schedule targets
• Negotiating with Vendors/ Service providers for cost effective rate of Procurement for material, bulk supplies etc
• Streamlining the system and procedures for effective inventory control and ensuring ready availability of materials to meet the requirement
• Coordinating with Stores in arranging return of damaged or incorrect items to vendors and processing necessary paperwork for credit
• Checking prices and approving invoices on purchase orders & scheduling delivery dates and following up on delayed deliveries
• Preparing comparatives and comparative analysis of received quotes and arranging Pre level negotiation round with vendors
• Vendor Development
• (To Hunt new vendors to get best prices and reduce dependability)
• Following up with vendors on billing & dispatch; resolving queries regarding despatch status, and other clarifications.
