Coordinating the movement of finished goods (FG) from production to the customer, adhering to just-in-time (JIT) & just-in-Seq-(JIS) delivery requirements

• Responsible for managing outbound logistics, shipment documentation, and coordination with transport teams.
• Handling outward materials, maintaining FG discipline, and tracking inventory.
• Monitoring and controlling the movement of moulded parts using "Route Tags" to track components from "Waiting for Inspection" to "Finished Goods (FG)".
• Ensuring packed goods are loaded safely, often requiring coordination with packers and drivers.
• Preparing dispatch documents for major clients, including Seoyon-E-Hwa,Seco Komos,Hyundai Transis and other automobile manufacturers

• Inventory Control: Managing inventory levels, including tracking part usage, maintaining minimum/maximum stock holdings, and conducting audits to ensure accuracy.
• Storage and Logistics: Overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of parts, often using ERP or BOM (Bill of Materials) systems to track inventory.
• Part Identification: Reviewing parts data sheets and identifying suitable parts (including alternatives) for assembly or repair needs.
• Operations & Support: Supporting manufacturing or after-sales service teams by ensuring timely availability of parts.

This is an In-Plant Logistics role ensuring Just-in-Time (JIT) & Just-In -Seq (JIS) material availability for vehicle assembly.

• Line Feeding & Material Handling: Ensuring the right material is available at the right consumption point on the shop floor (assembly line) to maintain production uptime.
• In-Plant Logistics & Kitting: Managing receiving, Goods Received Notes (GRN), and assembling component kits for specific production sequences.
• Inventory Management & Stocking: Adhering to JIT (Just-in-Time), JIS (Just-in-Sequence), and Kanban methodologies to manage store inventory levels
• Rejection Handling: Processing rejected materials promptly to ensure quality compliance.
• Safe Handling & Compliance: Adhering to strict safety practices in material movement and storage, maintaining 5S
• Engineering Change Management: Updating stock records when parts change as per production requirements.

• Handling the area of in bond logistics.
• Daily Shortage reports generation according to production plan.
• Responsible for in–house logistics Distribution and layout planning for optimizing material Storage and Material Flow for the new Assembly and sub Assembly lines.
• Responsible for Inventory control, Materials Accounting and Precise Materials Planning in Accordance The Production Plans.
• Having Hands On Experience On SAP {MM Module}
• Responsible for The Stock Correction in the System with Like Reconciliation.
• Maintaining the co-ordination between warehouse and manufacturing team.
• Responsible for management of total 2000 Nos of Trim parts, which includes A, B, C . Class items.
• Material Issue after QA also keeping follow-up of material pending for VQA clearance.
• Arranging the Safety and Material Handling Training to all TMS.

• Handle complete day to day Operations of the dispatch center.
• To align Logistics activities with supply change management to ensure on time and safe deliveries to clients at commercially competitive price
• Responsible for plan V\S Actual Sales Target.
• Insure the correct documentation which is requiring for time of dispatch in MH as well as out of state.
• Maintain accurate physical & SAP system inventory by conducting cycle counts and leading full physically inventory counts.
• Directly coordinate with customer for daily requirement i.e. M&M, TML CVBU, PCBU,JD
• Inventory Controlling.
• Designing Logistic interventions to carry out the smooth dispatch.
• Monitoring & controlling Excess stock and Non-movable items.
• Monthly highlights Non-movable items for purchase department.
• Monitoring & controlling material location as per location chart / Layout.
• Control inventory access material support by purchase department.
