Technology: VMware Support.

• I have upgraded all vCenters from 6.7 to 7.0 and upgraded the ESXi hosts from 6.7 to 7.0.
• I have updated the regular patches to all vCenters and ESXi hosts using baselines and command prompt.
• I am working on vulnerability fixes for all the ESXi hosts and working on security baselines to maintain the environment with zero vulnerabilities.
• I have upgraded DV switches as per the vCenter versions.
• I will validate all the vCenter certificates alerts and will replace them before their expiry dates.
• I will create clusters and will attach ESXi hosts and storage as per the client's requirements.
• Having knowledge of VSAN clusters.
• Having knowledge of SRM to configure the RPOs and protection groups as per the application team's requirements, I will create protection groups and configure the SRM.
• Having knowledge of the Standard and DV Switch.
• I am doing regular patches on VROPS and will take reports as per the management requirements.
• Having knowledge of VM creation, cloning, and OVF deployments.
• Having knowledge of HA and DRS concepts.
• Having knowledge of V-motion and S-V motion.
• I am supporting critical incidents and major activities for VMware-related incidents and activities.

Client: TVS & Sons

Technology: Windows Server Administrator.

• I was provided with support for 200+ Windows servers in the TVS environment.
• I was Installed OS and environment applications as per the application team's requirements.
• I was Updated MS patches regularly to all the servers.
• Monitored the regular backups and rotated the backup tapes as per the schedule.
• Worked on user queries, and troubleshot and fixed the server issues.
• Coordinated with vendors for hardware issues.

Client: ABCO Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd., Technology: Windows L1 Support.

• I was provided support for around 300+ users for all IT management services.
• I worked on user creation and password management in the AD console.
• My responsibility was to deploy regular patches to all user laptops using the TEM console.
• I worked on OS and application issues as per the user queries.
• Coordinated with Hardware vendors for Laptop issues.

Client: Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS)

Support: Desktop Support.

• I was provided support for around 300+ desktops to CTS users.
• I worked on the regular tickets, as per the user complaints and requirements.
• Installed the OS and CTS applications on all the desktops.
• Updated the antivirus regularly to all the desktops.
• Followed all CTS processes to meet all the user requirements.
