- Planning and Procurement of BOM material considering its lead time of Processing and procurement Schedule agreements.

- Part of a team responsible to implement and adopt New Procure to Pay process for Alstom India
- Daily Monitoring of issues in material procurement
- Planning & scheduling for components supplies in line with Monthly /quarter plans
- Maintaining >85% OTIF from supplier deliveries.
- Sharing the delivery schedules to Vendors through SAP which is inline integrated with MPS.
- Follow-up of delivery schedules shared and ensure material is in warded in time.
- Negotiating with vendors on delivery time, time and quality of the part.
- Examining incoming supplies for any damage and return of faulty goods supplier. Ensuring the smooth flow of GR process by clearing delivery schedules errors in SAP and ensure the material is accounted against respective invoice/bill and make sure that payment is getting credited on time to supplier without fail.
- Weekly cleansing of all parameters for better flow of MPS towards Procurement activities.
- Controlling inventory and ensuring neither shortage nor excess of materials.
- Solving issues of parts shortage and pushing critical vendor parts to avoid line stoppages and production losses.
- Resolving Quality issues with help of SQA Team.
