- Worked on monitoring and visualization of cloud infrastructure components deployed in various global datacenters using observability tools Prometheus, Grafana, and vRealize Operation to provide highly available cloud to internal Tenants to deploy critical workloads.
- Maintained auto-remediation project to remediate service requests, incidents, and monitoring alerts using Python, Bash, PowerShell and Stackstorm which resulted in high service availability, 30% reduction in resolution time, and meeting the defined SLA.
- Responsible for creating design documents for evaluating new product features from new versions of vSphere, vSAN, and NSX before rolling out to entire cloud infrastructure.

- Redesigned and implemented modern application platform logging architecture to redirect logging traffic through separate network path from application traffic on NSX-T platform which reduced frequent application failover incidents between datacenters due to network outages caused by excessive logging and increased performance of 85 applications by 15%.
- Configured NSX based L7 and L4 load balancer with TLS certificate and SSL Termination and high availability using NSX Edge cluster for one of the critical enterprise source code managements (SCM) applications.
