• Act as a subject matter expert for the Zuken E3 series software suite, offering direction and technical advice to internal stakeholders as well as customers.Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions to address their needs.
• Ensure that Zuken E3.series software is configured and implemented for clients in a way that complements their distinct design processes and workflows.As needed, integrate software with other tools and systems and modify it to meet specific requirements.
• Provide workshops, seminars, and training sessions on E3 Schematic, cable harness, panel, formboard, and other topics to inform internal teams and clients about the features, functionalities, and best practices of the Zuken E3.series software.Create documentation and training materials to aid in continuing education and knowledge sharing.
• Provide quick and effective technical support to customers experiencing issues with Zuken E3.series software. Troubleshoot issues, identify underlying causes, and put solutions in place to guarantee seamless operation and user satisfaction.
• Get user input on the Zuken E3.series software, including ideas for new features, enhancements, and usability enhancements.In order to impact the product roadmap and upcoming releases, share feedback with the development and product management teams.
• Keep abreast on the most recent developments, trends, and best practices in wire harness and electrical design, along with associated technologies and techniques. Participate in training programs, industry conferences, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Professional with work experience at Applied Materials, with proficiency in E3.series tools for component creation, library management, and design synchronization.
• strong understanding of electromechanical parts, passive components, semiconductors, and connectors, among other electronic components.
• Work with cross-functional teams to address component-related requirements and challenges, such as those in mechanical design, electrical design, and procurement.
• Investigate problems with connectivity, symbol generation, library components, and design synchronization.
• Assist design engineers with technical issues and offer advice on how to use E3.series software, integrate libraries, and optimize workflow.

• Proficiency in using E3.series tools for component creation, library management, and design synchronization, having work experience at Applied Materials.
• Strong knowledge of electronic components, including semiconductors, passive components, connectors, and electromechanical parts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical design, mechanical design, and procurement, to address component-related requirements and challenges.
• Troubleshoot issues related to library components, symbol creation, connectivity, and design synchronization.
• Provide technical support and guidance to design engineers on the use of the E3.series software, library integration, and workflow optimization.

• Install and commission batching plant equipment at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and functionality according to specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct equipment testing and calibration procedures to verify performance and accuracy.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance inspections on batching plant equipment to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Schedule and execute maintenance tasks such as lubrication, belt tensioning, and component replacement to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with batching plant equipment, utilizing diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical manuals.
