- Overseeing business operations and accountable for accomplishing business AOP goals, EBITA and incremental market share from the key accounts in Tamilnadu and Pondy Auxiliary in Project Management and driving the new business from the customers to articulate the revenue growth Conceptualizing, Formulating, Implementing, Streamlining - Standardized Ways of Working across the accounts by adhering the Comprehensive Processes, SOPs & Guidelines in line with Account Strategy Expanding, maintaining, protecting the relationships with customer key stakeholders by continuously proposing solutions to meet their objectives and fulfil their requirements in line with business
- Driving and aligning internal and customer stakeholders to achieve the business objectives through Cross functional meetings, reviews and as per customer requirements Accountable for the revenue enhancement, profitability and growth through sources like (Billing analysis, inventory analysis, Active audit) for increasing the EBITA for circle Analyze and produce efficient reports Liable for Invoice submission & accounts receivable, reconciling the Disputes, CN/DNs raised by customer and to resolve in stipulated timeline Produce effective reports and to ensure the sanctity in the database for future analysis and to avoid data discrepancies
