The implementation will enable GRU to have a single platform Cargo handling system. Which will handle all the performance and operational needs of the cargo terminal, including core processes such as Import, Export, Domestic Cargo, Courier, Abandoned Cargo, Truck management, Forklift management, ULD management, Resource planning and Customer services.
  • As project manager involved in the following tasks
  • GRU International Airport, Sao Paulo, Brazil from Nov 2013 as an Onsite Project Manager Role. Managing 10 people in onsite and 18 people from offshore.
  • Preparing/Implementing project plans within fixed budgets and deadlines.
  • Managed and successfully completed end-to-end project management involving client, commercial, IT, support and vendors.
  • Customer interactions directly with the Directors of cargo and IT departments. Reporting to senior management in the company.
