Responsibilities:
1. Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Activities: - Conduct thorough inspections of new vehicles to ensure they meet manufacturer standards, and are ready for delivery.
2. Service Schedule Management - Track and manage free service schedules for customers.
- Send reminders and notifications to customers about upcoming service due dates.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments.
- Ensure timely completion of service work without lapses.
3. Warranty Claims Management: Process and manage warranty claims for customers.
- Coordinate with the manufacturer and suppliers for warranty-related issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of warranty claims.
4. Technician Training and Support - Provide technical training and support to technicians on vehicle maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance Planning and Scheduling - Plan and schedule periodic, scheduled, and breakdown maintenance for various equipment and vehicles.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance work to minimize downtime.
2. Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance - Oversee maintenance of: - BEML BD-65 Dozers and Pipe Layers (40T to 90 Ton) - Ajax Fiori's (Argo-4000 & 2000) - Concrete pumps (Putzmeister 1404Hd) - Tippers and Trailers (Tata & Leyland) - Water tankers (Leyland modified) - Transit mixers (Schwing Stetter TM-6 Cum) - Concrete Boom Pumps (Schwing Stetter S36XL and Putzmeister 42.1) - Excavators (Ex-200, 210, Js-205, 215) - Tyre Mounted Cranes (XCMG 25 Ton, 50 Ton) - Hydra Cranes (Ace & Escort 14XW, F15) - DG sets (20 kva, 40 kva, 62.5 kva, 125 kva, 160 kva). Breakdown Maintenance and Repair - Coordinate and supervise breakdown maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure prompt resolution of breakdowns to minimize downtime.
4. Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of maintenance work.
- Implement quality control measures to prevent defects and rework.
5. Vehicle and Equipment Inspection: Conduct weekly inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify potential issues.
- Address issues promptly to prevent breakdowns.
6. Fuel Consumption Control - Monitor and control fuel consumption to ensure compliance with company standards.
7. Hire Vehicle and Equipment Management - Plan and coordinate hire vehicles and equipment as per site requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery and pickup of hire vehicles and equipment.
8. Billing of Hired Machinery.
- Prepare and submit accurate bills and debits, if any, for fuel consumption of hired equipment.
- Vehicle, Machinery Utilization, and Fuel Consumption Monitoring:
Monitor own and hired vehicles/machinery utilization to ensure proper usage.
