  • Team member in the design of bulk charging & battery swapping stations of EV Lithium-ion batteries. Conceptualised and designed the battery swapping stations which we had supplied to JIO-BP orders

  • Worked on standardization projects for mechanical enclosure where we had increased the nesting efficiency from 70 % to 90%. As a result, the scrap percentage reduced to 6%
  • Created local library for 2D/3D assemblies, which reduced the order execution time
  • Re-engineered & optimised the size of the existing battery charger enclosure size without compromising on safety & quality. As a result of this project, we were able to save 35kg of Sheetmetal per one set of chargers.
