Experience Summary: Total 5+ years of experiences in Application Support, Production Support, Enhancement and Maintenance projects. Exposure in the Maintenance and support of various applications. Scheduling jobs using Control M, Autosys tool and Crontab. Sends status reports to business and downstream teams from time to time, does basic investigation on Anthill, IIS, DB connections, DTS transmission issues. Raises PT’s, WR’s for issues that needs immediate action to corresponding teams. If required will raise EACO to have minimal production impact. Monitoring servers (checking processes, connectivity, disk space, etc.), Proactive App health check during SOD by region, preferably automated, setting new alert patterns, check for data availability (where applicable) Monitoring Control-M batch jobs and fixes them whenever they fail or stuck during production run time and ensures to complete the batch within SLA Pre/post-release communications, checklists, and post change follow up. Maintain an all-user distribution list for we need to communicate for any mid-week/day app restart. Possesses strong project implementation skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, skills and good team player.
