• Working as an individual trader in the F&O (derivative segment) of the Indian stock market.

• Develop strong working relationships with key client stakeholders
• Define and implement operations strategy, structure, and processes
• Manage the quarterly and annual budgeting process and P&L responsibilities
• Monitor performance to proactively identify efficiency issues and propose solutions
• Maintain a working knowledge of all phases of operations
• Coordinate support to operations throughout the business
• Oversee all employee activity including their recruitment, training, and evaluation

• Lead project initiatives to drive cross skilling across different business LOBs to maximize team agility and performance
• Cost optimization through digital project initiatives using advanced technologies like AI, ML, RPA to eliminate repetitive/non value-added tasks
• Build a bilingual team (French as the additional language) to create new avenues for HC growth and deeper partnership with the business

• Scoping, due diligence, solution design and transition planning
• Project management role from planning of transition till the final hand over of process to operations
• Management of costs during the transition phase to ensure salaries, span of control, bandwidth utilization and infrastructure costs are in line with pricing assumptions given during RFP stage
• Identification of process improvement opportunities for optimizing process performance and cost
