Brief Job Summary -

Responsible for Execution of specific Vendor wise Bulk Production in accordance to Brand Needs. To Deliver product within target cost, quality, lead time, manage critical path of Time & Action Calendar from. Order confirmation till delivery at Warehouse.

Key Deliverables

 Ensure specific vendors Bulk shipments are delivered Ontime through pre-aligned pre-production

activities

 Ensure vendor wise shipments are delivered with proper mix of SKU

 Ensure due diligence of raw material usage and trim cost sheets are validated before PO issual

 Collaborate with Quality team to support Quality targets.

 Capacity Management and ensure capacity data is updated frequently for placement decisions.

 Manage Pre-production Approvals within agreed timelines.

 Ensure data systems are updated weekly basis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 Ensure availability of Time and action calendar on line plan across specific vendors , providing visibility

on weekly basis to ensure complete control of bulk delivery

 Collaboratively engage with PD, Quality team on approvals to ensure TNA adherence.

 Continuous Review of Vendor performance from Ontime, Quality perspective to meet business needs.

 Review vendor wise monthly performance report on delivery, serviceability and as well defect %.

Follow up with CAP for continuous improvements to meet Key Objective i.e., “Ontime in Full”

 Appropriately highlight product engineering and risks to PD with suggested alternatives.

 Validate detailed vendor wise product cost breakups and proactively support stakeholders to meet

 Ensure Vendors adhere to Quality Standards and develop an approach towards continuous upgrade.

 Follow-up with vendor on test failures, re submissions in engagement with fabric team

• - Buyer Communication and PI Meeting with buyer and Factory
• - Costing /TNA
• - Fabric And Trims Sourcing
• - Taking All Approval from buyer
• - Bom Making with ERP /File Releasing/ Production follow up/ Shipment Follow Up

• Working with leading buyers for Men's wear from UK like SEARS Buyers Export and Domestic Buyer- Black Berry / Indian Terrain / Best Seller
• Handling products as woven jackets, suits, blazers, trousers, Vest coat, T-Shirts, Men's Sweat Shirts, Men's Shorts/ Men's Track Pants/ Joggers/ Hoodie
• The Key of Responsibilities-
• Day to day activity with customer as per customer Require
• Sample Following As per Buyer Require (Proto sample to Top Sample)
• Costing
• TNA Chart making
• BOM making
• Purchasing Trims with buyer nominated supplier or factory source and follow Up with Supplier
• Production File making
• BOM Releasing and Attend PP Meeting with Production Team

• Working with leading buyers for Men's wear from UK like Debenhams, ASOS (through Buzz brands)
• Handling products as woven jackets, suits, blazers, trousers, Vest coat etc
• The Key Responsibilities are
• Discussion with team members on daily basis to clarify their queries and understand the work
• Purchasing trims with buyer nominated supplier or factory source
• Follow up with buyer on for all type of trims approval, accessories approval, Trim card approval & clarification on technical discrepancy in spec sheet, tech pack etc
• Preparing BOM and sending to PPD for all production details
• Following Production File (Production Trims card)
• Executing the orders independently
