  • Responsible for end-to-end troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
  • Resolve issues related to MS Office, Microsoft Outlook account configurations, Outlook troubleshooting, OneDrive syncing, SharePoint folder access, and folder permissions.
  • Perform fresh installations of Windows 11 and migrate from Windows 10 to Windows 11 using Software Center and BareMetal.
  • Handle Windows installations, migrations, and software updates.
  • Configure iPhones with standard apps and company portals.
  • Set up Yubi Keys, virtual desktops, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on personal devices.
  • Provide remote support using tools such as Remote Desktop, Quick Assist, and GoTo Resolve.
  • Provide first-line troubleshooting and resolution for Azure and Intune-related issues.
  • Support users with virtual machines, cloud services, and managed devices.
  • Respond to incidents, service requests, and technical queries from users.
  • Assist with user onboarding to Azure services and Intune device management.
  • Provision and de-provision Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage, and networking components.
  • Monitor Azure and Intune environments for alerts and performance issues.
  • Assist in managing Azure Active Directory (AD) users and groups.
  • Support Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and identity management tasks.
  • Monitor compliance and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Generate and distribute routine reports on Azure and Intune usage and performance.
  • Enroll devices into Intune and manage compliance policies.
  • Support mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
  • Help with the deployment of applications and updates through Intune.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot software deployment issues.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks as directed by senior engineers or administrators.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security standards.
  • Handle asset and vendor management, including coordinating hardware part replacements.
  • Create knowledge base documents based on root cause analysis.
  • Conduct IT induction and internal training for new IT engineers.
  • Monitor ticket resolutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Gather feedback and review calls post-ticket closure.
