  • Acting as a Sub Service Function Leader for Strategic Projects under Risk Management Services (RMS), I lead a team of 18 FTEs & provide support to Global Risk Management and GDS Risk Management Leadership.
  • The team encompasses a diverse array of expertise and subdomains, each specializing in different risk topics (RM Policy, Data Protection, Analytics, etc.), catering to a unique set of clients and their respective expectations. I lead & supervise the implementation of various complex, multifaceted projects across different sub domains and utilize my expertise in business analysis, resource allocation, forecasting, and cost reduction to guarantee that projects meet their goals, adhere to their defined scope, and follow the established timelines.
