Currently working as a Manager in Law Technology team at EY Global Delivery Services. Manish has completed his MCA from PESIT in 2006. Manish has an overall experience of over 19 years across multiple organizations and various technology skillsets and leadership roles. Manish was leading “Client onboarding” which involved activities like MyEY and AD group integration.
Credit Suisse : Lead tech implementation for several Legal Practice groups within CS like NDA (US, EMEA & APAC), Corporate Security, Investment Banking, Private Investment Funds & Lending/Lombard. For NDAs team we successfully worked on self-serve workflow and multilingual documents.
UBO Tool : For Belgium MF, we developed a tool for the registration of ultimate beneficial owners of companies for EY Law Belgium and the tool is already fully operational for several months. The UBO was then tailored (with some amendments to comply with local requirements) for use in the Netherlands. It was also successfully implemented for an external client Koch USA.
EY Virtual migration: Transitioning projects which are currently on the KIM platforms to a new technology, EY Virtual. UBO Belgium and Netherlands were successfully migrated to EY Virtual including successful client data migration.
DTS : Product owner for Dynamic Transaction Solution built on HighQ/CE platform. Also, led the development as product owner for DTS 2.0 Structuring Wizard, a solution to hold complex Law and Tax rules, Entities and structures in its database and having a Visualization module to produce “Org Chart” with Legal and Tax information.

Allianz Global Investors: Worked through pitching of SirionOne to AGI all the way through its successful implementation.
CCS US : KIM implementation for Client Contracting System for the US member firm.
PAG Asia: Started with a proof of concept and later built into a product that was also rolled out to the client Pacific Alliance Group for self-
serve..
Messe Berlin: Successful KIM implementation for a German MF client, Messe Berlin, that was later moved to MS Forms later after KIM roll-
off.
