• Responsible for maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving Machineries.
• Planning the maintenance schedules of various heavy equipment's to ensure to achieve high productivity by reducing breakdown time.
• Arranging resource requirements such as manpower, machinery, materials and ensuring their optimum utilization.
• Monitoring all the processes involved to maintain all parameters as per specifications to reduce defects.
• Identifying areas and opportunities of improvement, recommending process modifications.
• Analyzing each process and machinery involved regarding their specified safety parameters to ensure a safe working environment.
• Generating and analyzing daily and monthly shift reports (Equipment performance, MTTR, MTBF and OEE figures, etc.)
• Team member of different improvement projects (Reduction in Compressor Leakage losses).
• Handling the Material Management with the knowledge of SAP, which includes PR Generation, MRS, Inspection, PMI and Notification.
• Annual budgeting and CAPEX OPTIMIZATION to contribute in unit's BP Targets.

• As a ESG initiative introduced first ever use of fuel catalyst for HEMMs plying in UG operation with impressive savings in fuel as well as in Exhaust emissions.
• Introduction of first ever BEV for India at SKM, by having vendor evaluation, SWOT analysis, advancement of technology, ordered 3 nos BEVs with savings of 3% in TCO as compared to diesel equipment.
• Introduction of New model of CAT truck with new battery-operated AC technology to have savings in fuel consumption during equipment idling.
• Introduction of Bucket CPH modality contract for equipment's to save 10% cost as compared to conventional method along with the elimination of keeping inventory at site.
• Introduction of quarts liners in place of HARDOX with same life and strength for fabrication resulting in 10% of cost savings.
• Volvo maintenance contract evaluation and introducing new vendor with 25% savings in maintenance cost.
