An Environmental Engineer with more than fifteen (15) year of experience in executing consultancy projects related to merger, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, capital raising, project finance etc.

Main core skills includes Phase I ESA, Phase II ESA, EHS Due Diligence, ESIA, ESDD etc for differnt sectors.

I have handled several consulting assignments fulfilling ASTM requirements, Principles of Responsible Investment (UN-PRI)/Equator Principles (EPFIs)/IFC Sustainability Framework review and World Bank Group’s Performance Standards and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Guidelines. I have thorough knowledge in local EHS regulations, Social and Corporate Governance compliance to country legal/regulatory requirement and international project finance requirements.

Before Investment Experience:

· Undertaking EHS Due Diligence, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) per the IFC Performance Standards requirements, Equator Principles; JICA requirements;

· Discussion with investors, clients and with other stakeholders and finalize Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) for the projects

After Investment Experience:

· As lender’s engineers, responsible for implementation of ESMP, undertaking additional studies if required, training to clients, support in procurement and supplier selection, implementation of Environment and Social Management System (ESMS) for the project etc.

· As a project manager, responsible for providing overarching consultancy based support to different industrial sectors, helping companies to develop and implement sustainability programs; creating and introducing key initiatives regarding recycling, purchasing/procurement, water and energy conservation, and pollution prevention.
