AMNS Gandhidham Ltd. is a subsidiary of ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India (AMNSI), which is a joint venture between ArcelorMittal, a global steel and mining company, and Nippon Steel Corporation, a leading steelmaker based in Japan. AMNS Gandhidham Limited operates as a part of AMNSI's downstream steel manufacturing network in India.

• Played a pivotal role in the Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) valuation process, leveraging financial expertise and analytical skills to accurately assess the value of acquired assets and liabilities
• Collaborated closely with cross-functional teams and external valuation experts to gather relevant data, perform detailed analyses, and prepare comprehensive reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Played a key role in implementing efficient systems and procedures for FAR componentization, streamlining asset tracking and management to enhance financial reporting accuracy and transparency
• Establishing & implementing internal control disciplines, creating a new financial model to measure and monitor the profitability and commercial negotiations
• Directing & controlling financial operations including GL reporting, account receivables & payables, budgeting, planning & forecasting, and expenditure
• Establishing and maintaining A/R, and A/P relationships with third-party vendors and customers
• Monitoring and ensuring the maintenance of corporate liquidity and financial stability

• Along with the resolution professional, led the handling of the entire lifecycle of NCLT matters, from initial admission through to the implementation of resolution plans, meticulously ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory obligations at every stage.
• Led the company's investor due diligence process, collaborating closely with internal teams and external advisors to provide comprehensive insights into the company's financial health, operational efficiency, and growth prospects.
• Developed and implemented comprehensive strategies for resolving financial distress, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external advisors to formulate effective resolution plans.
• Successfully led financial restructuring initiatives with banks and financial institutions, negotiating and implementing tailored solutions to optimize debt structures and improve financial stability.
• Liaised and negotiated with banks and financial institutions for raising funds and non-fund based facilities to meet working capital and project requirements
• Liaising with senior officials of Banks and other financial institutions and private equity players. Negotiation and documentation with financial counterparties.
