• Operation and maintenance of all type of marine loading arm (MLA) which includes cryogenic products like LPG and ammonia
• Maintain all equipment’s like MLA, Pumps, fire engines, QRMH in good condition with the help of technician and jetty workers
• Performed daily maintenance and inspections of machinery to ensure proper functioning.
• Monitored equipment performance, identified malfunctions and took corrective actions as needed.
• Worked with vendors to secure parts, supplies and services required for operations and maintenance activities.
• As per schedule we carried out AMC through respected vendors, Like MLA,Fire engines, Pumps, Compressors, Fenders ,VHF, TM, VHF,UPS & Fire Engine PLC panel Etc.
• Provided technical support to operations staff in order to maintain efficient operation processes.
• Assisted in installation, troubleshooting, repair, calibration and modification of mechanical equipment.
• Maintained records of all maintenance tasks performed on machines and equipment.
• Safely carrying out Pigging operation for terminal (for empty out the cross-country pipelines).
• Continuous monitoring on loading/unloading operation for vessel and terminal.
• Act as safety officer for vessel and jetty coordination and making safe operations.
• Coordinating with Agents, cargo surveyor and loading masters.
• Following safety practices in daily activities and also motivates to others visiting at jetty.

OPERATONS :-

• Handling two Product in the terminal Ammonia and Phosphoric acid.
• Operating compressors and pumps as per requirement of plant for its smooth operation.
• Loading of Ammonia & Phosphoric Acid tankers as per Taloja plant requirement.
• Ullaging, sampling & calculations of products from tank daily activity for stock and records.
• Precooling operation before ammonia vessel unloading operation.
• operation and maintenance of Marine Loading arm for unloading operation of ammonia from vessel at jetty.
• Pigging operation after completion of phosphoric acid vessel.
• Act as a Loading master during vessel unloading operation and coordinate with terminal.
• During vessel unloading and precooling operation monitor tank pressure and also monitoring on flare.

MAINTENANCE :-

• To carry out breakdown maintenance of the equipment’s (like compressors, pumps, CT fan, gear box, Cooling towers, valves and other machineries).
• Maintenance of marine loading arm used for unloading of Ammonia from vessels.
• Maintenance of phosphoric acid and ammonia pipe line from jetty to terminal (4.5 km).
• Actively Participates in shutdown job at Taloja Plant.
• Planning of job and allocation of technician manpower and contract labor as per work.
• Coordinate with the operation team in case of downtime/breakdown for restoring the equipment’s availability.
• Carry out the documentation of all maintenance related activities as per ISO standards.
• Updating activities in SAP (S4 HANA) system. (Notification, Reservation, PM order, Purchase order etc.)
• Keeping inventory, spares management and familiars with critical spares.
• Keeping good relation with other service department.
• Executes mechanical maintenance standards and procedures.
• Implementation of SOP’s and relevant checklists in daily management.
