• Led and managed a 52000 Sq Ft laboratory construction project from its initial conception to completion, overseeing all phases of construction, including planning, tendering, construction, and handing over the project.
• Worked with cross-functional team to develop biosafety lab – III and Cleanroom(Class 1000), identified potential risks and challenges associated with construction, and developed effective strategies(project delay, safety, cost).
• Monitored multiple project budgets for Ccamp and schedules closely, making necessary adjustments to ensure projects were completed within budgetary constraints and met established timelines.

• Collaborated with project teams (architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders) to facilitate smooth project execution (Vitrified & epoxy flooring, waterproofing), resulting in timely problem resolution.
• Explored innovative construction techniques and sustainable practices for structural pergolas with structural glazing at the top, enhancing project efficiency, reducing environmental impact, and promoting long-term safety.
• Completed the construction of the Dining hall building spanning over 35000 sqft. Monitored all structural and finishing work like foundation, column casting, slab casting, reinforcement, block work, plastering work, drywall cladding, and granite flooring to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Economic mindset and approach sound technical knowledge of the relevant laws and standards.
• Responsibility for planning and implementation costs, Schedule, and quality control.

• Planned, scheduled, and executed construction projects (Hostel, Gym, Library), by implementing high-quality standards such as ISO 9001,14001, resulting in the completion of the project in Twelve months.
• Led a complex construction of a Hostel Building spanning over 80000 sqft built-up area (Ground floor + 11 floors).
• The work involved was structural, finishing, fire fighting, hot water generation system -Indirect system.
• Conducted safety training for laborers and site supervisors for work safe environment.
• Flexible and traveled for project work as well as having driving license.
