GSO 1 Trg at Parachute Regiment Training Centre. Was handpicked to bring in the reforms in recruit and staff training. Was responsible for drafting and implementing the new recruiting standards for the Parachute Regiment.

Was responsible for planning and conducting first ever Combat Free Fall Exercise in Sikkim in the High Altitude Area along the IB with China.
Was the Mission Leader for Search and Rescue of Late Shri YSR Reddy after disappearance of his helicopter in Andhra Pradesh.
Was hand picked as the Second in Command to raise 12 PARA (SF) in the rank of Major itself.
Was handpicked to revive the unit 13 Assam Rifles Operationally as well as administratively by taking over the unit at a week’s notice after the previous CO was removed from command.
As CO have brought in a sense of normalcy in the sensitive area of Samtal Salient of Manipur thereby ensuring an incident free period of 30 months and bringing down the cross border trafficking of contrabands, timber and growing of opium to a negligible level in own Area of responsibility despite an open border.
Was responsible for carrying out security audit of the PSUs (DRDO, ISRO, HAL, IISc) and Private sector (Infosys, Wipro, Taj Group, Le Meridian, ITPL) units at Bangalore post 26/11 with interaction at the highest level including Shri G Madhavan Nair Ji and Shri Mohandas Pai Ji.
Was handpicked to carry out a security audit of HQ Southern Command and units at Pune post Headley’s interrogation.
Was Advisor to Govt of Karnataka in setting up Adventure Tourism Node at Mysore with interaction at that time Secretary Tourism, Shri Navin Raj including vetting of proposal and draft contracts.
As Director Recruiting carried out the recruiting for the Army in given districts, effected new procedures which were later on promulgated to the entire Recruiting Structure of the Army. Advised on policies and reforms which were accepted by the DG Recruiting for implementation.
