  • 660 MW Bara Kota. Construction planning, Interface management, Construction monitoring & progress reporting with Use of software MSP, SAP for material management, progress dashboard for each package in Excel/ Power BI.
  • Recognition from Project Head: For early identification of design change of Kawai Antah DC 400 KV transmission Line Execution by REB where Tower profiling & rerouting of TL post initiating a change management.

  • ETC of 66 Nos of transformer Package( Oil & Dry type)
  • ETC of BOP Electrical Systems ( Including Raw water intake, Clarifier, DM Plant, Cooling Tower Switchgear systems, caballing, HT/LT Motors, FOPH, Fire & Service water pump House , AHP & CHP transformers, Bus ducts & Lt Switchgear.
  • ETC of 400 KV Switchyard ( 15 bays), Control room building & coordination of External Evacuation of TL & Monitoring & Control of TL Execution.
  • Project planning at package level , continuous monitoring, effective execution and commissioned of Electrical system.
  • To prepare & monitoring of construction schedule at L5 level for erection & commissioning of system, sub system to achieve desired milestones.

  • 660 MW Supercritical Thermal Power Station at Mundra (4620 MW TPS Capacity)
  • Executed many Capex project for capacity enhancement / APC reduction / Heat rate improvement like replacement of cooling tower fills with high thermal efficient fills, replacement of blow down pipes from underground to above ground, installed one additional make up pipes with all casing, Installed new compressor for IAHS system.
  • Maintenance experience of turbine auxiliaries like vertical pump, PHE, HP & LP heater, circulating water system, 47MLD RO plant, DM plant, Air system compressor, all type piping, LDO-HFO, intake make system, Flue gas desulfurization system etc. Carry out Maintenance task execution with quality & safety by ensuring compliance with standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Identified many modifications to reduce the maintenance cost, APC reduction and Heat rate improvement and achieved APC reduction of 2800KWH as well as reduction of heat rate by 6 to 7 Kcal/ KWh
  • Shutdown planning, monitoring, and safe and timely execution as per schedule.
