JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Responsible for QA and QC for 115 stands alone and 115 SIS stores delivered quality products to stores, fulfilled requirement of merchandise sourcing and repairs from retail stores as well.
• Preparing the FTA report and sharing the same to all the vendors on monthly basis analysis the same.
• Planning and Control of cost consumption.
• Developed new Vendor management for smooth operation as per company standard.
• Support in various areas of operation, price quotation, sales analysis, materials requirement planning, vendor selection and job work assignment.
• Conducting market trends, product development and lead times, working components of Jewelry production.
• Monitoring product development in coordination with merchandiser starting from Design concept, RPT, model making to ghat till final product to deliver with data & software.
• Daily reporting to management with vendor supplied quality parameter.
• Training store team/ krigers on a periodical basis on merchandise/QC/repairs & etc.

• Vendors visit Every quarter to review FTA reports & quality defects arise during the quarters. explains corrective or preventive action to vendors. Maintain FTA to 96% for diamonds, 93% for gold jewelry.
• Developments of new diamond 5 vendors & get up to the mark as per company standard.
• Join Assistant Manager QC starting with as an, 22 kt plain gold & studded jewelry execution of the product with quality inspection at vendor place, tagging (preparing cost sheet) till dispatch (coordination with courier) to the stores / distribution center. From Nov 2009 given responsibility to execution of quality inspection for diamond studded jewelry at vendor place.
• From Jan 2011 handling all the diamond vendors day to day planning for quality inspection within the team, which is including quality inspection till dispatch pan India.
• Establishing FSC department in April 2018 with 11 members’ team including Quality aspects to GRN for all the FSC stocks (Diamond jewelry, gold jewelry, silver jewelry and gold, silver coins).
• Achieved TAT for FAC stock 10 days to 3 days QC till GRN process for FSC department.
• Provided training sessions on quality products handling to stores staff minimize damage at store level & resolve minor defects which has arise during transit.

• Quality Controll for the diamond jewelry.
• Development of a supplier information system with quality aspects, monthly stock statement, as well as daily stock in DC.

• Handling Customer Compliant from stores.
