* Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the recruitment firm and the client.
Needs Assessment:
* Conduct thorough discussions with clients to understand their job requirements, company culture, and long-term staffing goals.
* Collaborate with clients to define job descriptions and candidate profiles.
Job Posting and Advertising:
* Create compelling job postings and advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
* Utilize various job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms to promote job openings.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening :
* Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including databases, referrals, job fairs, and online networking.
