· Dispatching orders in time

· Resolving customer complaints on time

· Communicating to internal and external customers for updates on time

· To keep all products and process knowledge

· Fulfilling all requirements for customer satisfaction

· Conducting regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and minimize variance Coordinate with manager & customer to replenish stock and manage deliveries.

· Maintaining accurate all records of inventory Dispatch, and customer interactions.

· Generate reports on dispatch performance & urgent products.

· Preparing monthly MIS report & provide to manager

• Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Perform quality checks and tests using appropriate tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to verify product dimensions, functionality, and performance.
• Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records of quality measurements, test data, and inspection findings.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues, identify root causes of defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality and consistency.
