Responsibilities: 1. Managed the whole onboarding process of senior levels and ensuring all pre-employment processes, forms were completed accurately. Completed the whole onboarding process in day one.
2. Collaborated with colleagues on the improvement of hiring procedures. After joining coordinate with the hierarchy for new joinees briefs and induction.
3. Documentations of employee details, organisational policy, training record, Legal documents of HR.
4. Employees mediclaim reimbursement process.
5. BGV process: Dealing & coordinating with the vendor. Share the employee details with the vendor for BGV. Finalizing the billing process once the report generated.
6. Assist the Corporate Head - HR for implementing new initiatives, recruiting and interviewing candidates.
Approvals of mediclaims on the basis of medical evidence.
