My objective is to secure a position in the higher education sector, where I can utilise my expertise and passion for teaching to provide high-quality education to future generations while continuing to learn and perfect my skills. I aim to create an environment that fosters growth and development, both for myself and for my students. I am driven to inspire and motivate students to explore their potential, think critically, and develop innovative solutions to problems in my field. Additionally, I am eager to engage in research and contribute to the field, while encouraging my students to do the same. Ultimately, my goal is to find a role that will challenge me to flourish both professionally and personally and make a positive impact on the academic community.
