Project #1: SVB HRSD Application

1. HRT (HR Transformation)

• Configured the HR Services, COE model and HR cases as per the requirement
• Configured the Knowledge Base Publish and Retire workflows and also proposed an effective solution for organizing the KB Categories and Approvals
• Created and configured the Code of Conduct Questionnaire survey end-to-end that went live in Jan 23 and got the client appreciation for it.

2. NHOB (New Hire Onboarding)

• Worked on setting up the lifecycle event activities and the respective configurations related to employee onboarding
• Configured the DocuSign Templates for the end users to capture the sign off from the employees
• Configured the agent workspace for the HR case as per the need

Project #2: Putnam ITSM Application

• Worked on the enhancements of ITSM Application in Putnam like building surveys, creating the new catalog items and any stories related to catalog items using agile methodology.
• This ITSM application has been migrated to the Franklin Templeton environment, and I am one of the key developers who have done the migration work to the production environment.

Project #3: Manulife Finance ITSM Application

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals on time and within budget.

Project #1: SkyLife HRSD Application

1. Workday Integration

• Designed and developed complex bidirectional integration
• Configured REST and SOAP APIs to pull foundation and worker profile data from Workday into ServiceNow
• Used ServiceNow integration development practices
• Configured OAuth Authentication setup for scripted REST API for delta integration

2. Case Management

• Designed and developed complex Employee relation processes and HR services using flow designer and record producer
• Worked on stories and completed peer reviews for stories post development
• Used process view to understand flow and design the solution accordingly

3. System Securities

• Configured system and data security rules for different markets and processes
• Used ServiceNow security best practices to configure solution in the system

Project #1: ITSM modules

• Developed catalog items for different service categories user with criteria, conditions & scripting
• Managing Code movement to Production adhering to CAB rules

Project #2: FSS KM Solutions

• Built a knowledge base and the custom workflow for publishing the knowledge articles
• Developed service portal using iframes to perform CRUD operations for Knowledge articles, knowledge categories and approvals
• Added security controls like roles and groups, ACLS for service portal

Project #3: Perfume Initiative Execution Application

• Created Task based forms and form level validations
• Added Custom workflows, ACLS, scripting, and Transform maps for data Migration
• Configured SLAs, Notifications, client scripts, script includes business rules as per the requirements
• Designed a service portal using iframes to submit Requests and manage Perfume Initiative Execution Requests
• Documented the user manual and technical documents for supporting team and Clients Respectively

Project #4: Master Data Catalog

• Developed a New Catalog item and integrated to SAP using SOAP via Dell Boomi Middleware
• This app facilitates the end user to update the master data in SAP through SNOW form
• App permits the user to extract, create, update, validate and delete the data

Project #5: Integration of IM and SRM modules

• Worked on Integrating the SNOW instance with 3rd party application Hemmersbach using SOAP and REST
• Purpose of the Integration is to sync the Incidents and Catalog Items from 3rd party applications to SNOW instance and vice-versa
