• As Lead BI Engineer I was responsible for providing excellent value and service to Marketing stakeholders. Actively involved in Marketing weekly connects with Stake holder. Built good relationship with Stakeholder and helped them in data related needs and decision making

Quaero enables fully automated data integration and management for Disney; helping it harness complex customer data. Integrating Digital data from systems including but not limited to DoubleClick (Google), Freewheel (Comcast), Adjuster, Billing etc. Also Integrating Customer Data across different platforms and then apply CDP for personalization and segmentation of audience to help boost business and sales.

Responsibilities:

• As a Technical leader; managed CDP platform operations and deliver packaged solutions in analytics, audience segmentation & activation and data management.
• Responsible for delivery of projects based on requirements and supporting applications using agile project execution and SDLC methodologies

CIO- WeMART project helps Accenture leadership in managing and administrating the financial data which includes Transaction Details, Purchase requests, Puchase order, Invoice details, Budget estimation, allocation and expenditure. CIO Project creates dashboards and reports to handle and analyse and forecast budgets. Besides this, it also helps in planning facility allocation. The dashboards with advanced chart types and visualization provide information to be viewed at different level: country, city, facility levels.

Responsibilities:

• Used ETL (SSIS) to develop jobs for extracting, cleaning, transforming and loading data from different sources to Data Warehouse
• Designed and developed suitable User Interface such as Dashboards, multiple charts types, Trends, custom requests using Tableau desktop
• Developed complex calculated fields for the business logic, sets and parameters to include various filtering capabilities for the dashboards, and to provide drill down features for the detailed reports
• Experience in creating different visualizations using Bars, Lines and Pies, Maps, Gantts, Bubbles

Royal Dutch Shell is one of the world's leading oil and gas company. The Project deals/manages the upstream information, which is very essential for Shell's business growth. Data from different data sources is ETLed to create an initial development framework, to be used in processes associated with development of other current and future work packages, which rely on consistent and accurate data.

Responsibilities:

• Used ETL (SSIS) to develop jobs for extracting, cleaning, transforming and loading data into staging and then further to Data Warehouse
• Extensively used SSIS transformations such as Lookup, Derived column, Data conversion, Aggregate, Conditional split, Multicast, OLEDB Command and union all
• Deployed the packages on staging and production environment
• Developed the packages with monitoring features and logging so that audit information of the packages and their execution results are loaded in to the audit table
• Created Complex ETL Packages using SSIS to extract data from staging tables to Final Destination tables with incremental load.

Project Details:

The project is for all BPO clients that Accenture supports. Our team provided the technology enhancement support for all the 120 + stake holders. The project provides operational excellence reports, monthly scorecards, and weekly stabilization reports having a common structure. By using the generic concept we generated the reports for all the clients.

There were different databases: WQM (For Incident tracking), KRIO (For CSAT data), OSCAR and AVAYA (For storing Calls details) to name a few. The project involved integrating and transforming the data from the sources using SSIS so that it can be further used for Reporting using SSRS.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in designing, developing and deploying reports in MS SQL Server environment using SSRS-2008 and SSIS
• Migration of Data Transformation Services (DTS) applications to SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) as assigned
• Involved in creating multiple parameterized stored procedures which were used by the reports to get the data
