• Specialized in NTRT Title process, becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and trainer.

Key Responsibilities delivered in the role

• Ensure the process of mortgage has been carried out appropriately according to the applicable US state mortgage acts.

• Identify any gaps/errors made during the mortgage process and escalate the same to the Line of Business for a resolution.

• Notifying the Stateside LOB Partners on the further required action if the Home Mortgage cannot be granted to the borrower with reasons.

• Always ensured every step followed in adherence with risk and compliance.

• Training and work review for new team members.

• Collaborating with LOB partners on process and quality calls.

• Query Resolution for team members and publishing team member's performance reports.

• Conducted error analysis and refresher sessions to improve team member's performance which yielded good results.

• Worked on Process reporting such as quality analysis, RCA, Error Analysis, Simulation Based PKT, Internal Audits initiative and Performance report.

• Cross-trained employees within the NTRT process, helping achieve their target with quality on the learning curve .

• Active participation in team's calibration, Huddle, Meetings and sharing the opinions, observation/comments whenever required.
