The objective of the project is to use the salesforce application in order to build a customer site for customers and use Service Cloud for Business to ensure smooth Business and address customer issues and queries.
Scope of our team was to work on CaseHandling application(Service cloud) to perform enhancements, Rectify Defects and minor projects with a usual span of 2-3 months.
Major Achievements:
1. Successfully delivered a minor project within the timespan of 3 months.
2. Was Involved in an Impact analysis Project when Salesforce adopted new Country ISO names for 49 counties. This project required impact analysis fo business with immediate fixes and data updates for country on different objects.
3. Involved in two major automation activities.
Other Contributions:
Worked and guided the team with working on number of Defects, enhancements. Gave frequent KT's to the team explaining the importance of governor limits, coding standards etc.
The objective of the project is to use the salesforce application in generation of customized reports, customized Dashboards, tools, modules for the customers to ensure the smooth run of their business
