· Erection and Commissioning of a complete Power Plant.
· Study and review of tender documents, contract requirements, and technical correspondence submitted in the proposal stage.
· Review and study technical specifications, process data sheets, piping material specifications, P&IDs, plot plans, general arrangements drawings, control room layouts, hazardous area classification drawings, fire and gas detection layout drawings, etc. Provided during the proposal stage.
· Preparation of E&I scope matrix, as per contract requirements.
· Preparation of technical enquiry requests like technical specifications and data sheets for field instruments, analyzers, and DCS, SCADA, and PLC system, UPS system basic network design.
· Preparation of technical queries, with consultation of OEMs, deviations to resolve the discrepancies from the tender documents with client if required.
· Preparation of initial bill of material, system architectures, technical layout, and drawings for client approval.
· Preparation of technical enquiry requests to the vendors, and participate in the technical evaluation of vendor bid offers. Technically, bid evaluation of all vendor offers by reviewing vendor documents, design calculations, and drawings to ensure vendor specifications meet the client.
· Participation in the preparation of plot plans, isometric drawings, GA drawings, and technical documents for internal discipline checks and coordination with other engineering disciplines for proper installation of instruments and their inputs.
· Preparation and segregation of I/O list, cable scheduling, junction boxes, and assignment of modules.
· Hookup drawing, control room layout, cable interconnection detail preparation, instrument list, datasheet preparation.
· Preparation of Electrical & Instrument List/schedules, Input/output List & interfacing of various field instruments to PLC/DCS/SCADA, control philosophy, cause, effect & alarm schedule, junction box schedule , Instrument & Junction box location plan, cable interconnection detail & Hookup Drawing.
· Commissioning and troubleshooting all kinds of field instruments, sensors, SCADA, DCS, PLC, and knowledge of MODBUS and optical communication.
· Instrumentation Maintenance: Supervised the installation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
· Control Systems Management: Managed PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems for process automation, including troubleshooting, programming, and optimization.
