• Preparation of instrument list, Drive control philosophy, I/O database, I/O list, Logic diagram, system architecture (PLC/DCS), Hook up& piping drawings, operation & control philosophy, and plant communication system
• Cable Scheduling, interconnection detailing, JB location layout, cable tray layout
• Review of vendor document, floating enquiries & review engineering documents, vendor offers & negotiation
• Detail Datasheets preparation for field instruments, analyzers, PLC/DCS, UPS, Cables & wireless communication system Designing Instrumentation cable routing layout, cable schedule and cable interconnection engineering
• Control room layout design, earthling layout, instrument location in overall plant layouts
• Checking of Electrical load list, Key SLD, process DBR, GA drawings, layout & other vendor engineering interfaces
• Implementation of required erection support details in GA drawings for field instruments Design/ operational knowledge experience in system engineering of PLC/DCS/RLCP/SCADA and maintaining modifying, refurbishing existing control systems
• Good programming knowledge in PLC/DCS and GUI developments for SCADA Algorithm development for NRW/ Leak detection system/ Equal distribution of water/ Water Audit & Asset management
• Detail engineering knowledge in preparation of UPS/Battery data sheets and load calculation requirement Preparation of Cost estimation BOQ for tenders with required technical deliverables Issuing of purchase requisition, technical evaluation report and vendor document clearance for PLC/DCS/SCADA/RLCP/PACKAGE ITEMS, field instruments, cables, cable tray, junction box and other accessories as required
• Practical knowledge of standards like: ISA , ANSI, API, ASME, NACE, ISO, IEEE, IEC, NEC, ATEX, NFPA Attending Techno commercial meeting with vendors, customer discussion for pre-bid meeting/project kick off/ Project document approvals & others Candidates with automation commissioning Working collaboratively with design engineers, operation engineers, purchasers and other internal staff Attending training/ seminars and conferences, expediting with vendors/customers/inter department Within the latitude permitted by his position, preventing the overrunning of instrumentation equipment budgets, both in manpower terms and purchased equipment costs on assigned projects

· Hookup drawing, control room layout, cable interconnection detail preparation, instrument list, datasheet preparation.

· Preparation of Electrical & Instrument List/schedules, Input/output List & interfacing of various field instruments to PLC/DCS/SCADA, control philosophy, cause, effect & alarm schedule, junction box schedule , Instrument & Junction box location plan, cable interconnection detail & Hookup Drawing.

· Commissioning and troubleshooting all kinds of field instruments, sensors, SCADA, DCS, PLC, and knowledge of MODBUS and optical communication.

· Instrumentation Maintenance: Supervised the installation, calibration, and maintenance of instrumentation systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
