• Responsible for both Panel (Foxboro) and field for the startup and shutdown activities with Field executives
• Initiation of Management of change (MOC) in plants

• Troubleshooting of IOW/OM Alarm deviations and providing solutions

• Mitigate process emergencies and emergency shutdown
• Participate in learning from incidents and RCA (root cause analysis) discussions
• Involving in Emergency response and control planning (ERCP) –on Site Emergency Incident controller for Level-1,2 and 3 emergencies
• Participating in improvement activities and providing the input/feedback to the superiors for the continual Improvement in the Plant performance, safe operations and ease of operations

• To handle of vital process operations like Polishing Filter Change Over, Anthracite Filter Sequence and Ion Exchange Column Regeneration
• Permit system regarding hot, cold, confined space entry, Excavation and work at height followed by safety management system
• Report all the equipment’s problems, instrument defects and leakages to the concern department to take corrective actions
