JOB OBJECTIVE
Primary job objective is to hunt and drive sales opportunities in India for Collabera Inc. offerings in the managed services space across IT application services , Infrastructure Management, IT Operations, Business Process Management, TAAS, Automation,DevOps Cloud Practices, BI&Analytics.
Secondary objective is to manage accounts for more up sell and cross sell opportunity and day to day account management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and qualify opportunities to increase sales volume while ensuring service levels are met
• Manage sales through forecasting, qualification, account strategy, and planning.
• Manage and lead client relationships to ensure delivery as per contract, revenue management and optimal engagement
• Delivery Management across the client account as well as New Emerging Technologies and Digital technology deployment within client account
• Stakeholder mapping and Market Research of the client’s IT consumption and pattern.
• Multilevel and Multichannel client relationship across business units and sponsors of IT initiatives in Client’s ecosystem
• Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the deal while collaborating with pre-sales, solutioning and delivery team
• MSA renewal, and all aspects of compliance management with respect to a client’s business journey along with Collabera.
• Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
• Identify and develop strategic alignment with key influencers.
• Track and Update internal CRM for Sales Pipeline, Contact and Accounts. Work with key partners like Microsoft to identify and qualify opportunities.
