*Interacting with the client and other stakeholders(architects,contractors).

*Administering Contracts And ensuring compliance with all terms.

5 Budget & Time

*Tracking project budgets and managing cost.

*Ensuring that the work is completed within the stipulated timeframe.

• Can communicate effectively with colleagues and People in the supply chain.
• Constantly striving for continuous improvement.
• Generate daily- monthly stock report as requested by the management.
• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of records & the Adequacy of internal controls.
• Preparing meaningful, accurate and timely monthly management reports.
