OEM's handled : Renault (XFK_ICE, XFK_EV )

As a technical lead responsible for packaging of various interior components in ICE and Electrical vehicles, coordinated with various cross functional team for interior components packaging

• Successfully led a team of 6 engineers to integrate upper body components like Seats, cross members, toolbox,harness etc..in both ICE and EV vehicles
• Successfully implemented 48V battery system under the seat for ICE vehicles, optimizing their performance
• Implemented fire extinguisher in Interior zone as per new GSR safety regulations
• Successfully integrated headrests in the separation barrier and below the floor for utility vehicles.
• Studies conducted for packaging of Euro7 components into EV vehicle's

OEM's Handled: RIVIAN (R1T,R1S)

As a Tech lead responsible for implementation of new process and standards for the complete seat and responsible for the vehicle interior packaging.

• Work on Benchmarking activities for seats to understand the market and Collaborated with stakeholders to define strategy for the new program
• Regulation studies for the complete seat, foam pad and plastics development for 1st and 2nd row seats, headrest proposal for front row seats
• Prepared the design guidelines for foam , STO's etc..
• Responsible for DMU studies like clash and clearance of interior components and define the criticality during release activities
• Maintained open communication with internal stakeholders regarding project status updates.

OEM's handled :FORD (Ford Escape, FORD Expedition)

As a Senior design Engineer I was responsible for handling team of 5 Engineers and responsible for coordinating with offshore engineering team Responsible for seat Design and Development for passenger vehicles

• Designed and developed complete seat, structure, foam, and plastics for various projects to enhance occupant comfort.
• Engaged with customers to gather requirements and facilitate review meetings.
• Incorporated benchmarking and regulatory requirements to define seat functional criteria and packaging
• Executed design and development projects for plastic components including side shields and foot covers, ensuring tooling feasibility
• Optimized cost and performance of second row seats by incorporating EPP and Plastic substrate instead of cushion pan

OEM's handled :FORD and TATA

As a design engineer I was responsible for A-Class engineering surface design ,structure modifications, Wire harness design and Meat to metal studies, design guidelines studies , layout drawing preparation .
