2 Million sqft (Top Down Construction Approach)

• To Prepare Contract Specific Quality Plan
• Liasioning with suppliers and procurement to get the materials submission for the approval of the consultants for Civil,MEP and Interior works
• Implementation of the QA/QC systems at project, managing QC engineers for efficient functioning of the project
• Day to day interaction with M/s AECOS and structural consultants M/s Thornton Tomasetti for planning and effective implementation of top down construction
• Efficiently carried out M 60 and M 80 grade concrete mix design to suit the project requirement to achieve the daily lift of 1.5mts through slip form formwork methodology for core wall construction
• Successfully completed 7 cores (shear walls) within challenging time of 3 months with 24hrs of continuous concrete production
• Successfully managed material, fabrication and execution of structural steel of 5500 MT for the entire project
• Challenging concept of camber elevation in structural beams and lifting the slab top down and locking in position.Daily monitoring and implementing quality control procedures through M/s JSW subcontractors
• Total 10 floors of slab were lifted within time duration of 6 months with all services, Fireproof works and Interior materials in place
• Successfully managed Façade works carried out by M/s Alufit including material production, installation and commissioning of the building
• Successfully completed design co-ordination ,implementation and execution of Drywall partitions for the entire office building through M/s Saint Gobain gyproc sub contractors
