PROJECT: Cash Application

• Working in the biggest (80%) revenue “Cash Application” product, a SaaS-based payments product that automates cash receivables into ERP for B2B companies. Automates applying cash and closing invoices in the O2O cycle. As a Test Engineer, I have worked on the product, dealing with different clients, including Nike, Starbucks, Walmart, Unilever, etc.
• Cash Application Cloud enhances the process of applying incoming payments to the correct customer accounts and receivable invoices.
• Cash Application aggregates documents from customer web portals, EDI, emails, and scanned paper checks, or any other payment or remittance information sent by the banks. All the documents are aggregated and pulled into the HighRadius Cash Application system. These documents are then made available in the remittances and payments worklist on a nightly basis.
• Cash Application logs into the customer portals through the login information received from the client, collects the remittances in a timely manner, and aggregates them.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• With over 3.5 years of experience in software testing, I have designed, developed, maintained, and executed functional test cases using Selenium, Java, Cucumber BDD, and Rest Assured frameworks.
• During the automation of existing UI tests, I identified several gaps in testing protocols, leading to targeted improvements in test coverage, and reliability.
• Established Jenkins jobs to automate test cases, facilitating continuous integration, and ensuring the timely execution of test suites.
• Served as Scrum Master, facilitating team collaboration and progress.
• Wrote numerous feature documents to reduce dependencies, and streamline processes.
• Provided demos to stakeholders after each sprint release to showcase progress.
• Conducted internal knowledge transfer sessions on features for new joiners.
• Collaborated with stakeholders, including product managers, and development/testing teams, as an individual contributor.
• Proficient in all stages of the SDLC and STLC processes, ensuring comprehensive project oversight.
• Experienced in preparing test plans, test cases, executing tests, and managing the defect life cycle.
• Skilled in MySQL database management, structuring SQL queries, and performing data analysis.
• Troubleshot defects by checking the UI and agent logs via PuTTY on VMs.
• Updated regression scenarios after each release, and executed the regression suite using automation scripts.
