Rising the Planned events of MW, OFC, Utility, RAN and IP related for critical

activities.

Coordinating with the FM and TAC team for more support for fault clearance.

Tracking and getting the RMA from NOC.

FTTX activities

Fibre ring operations

SFP replacement activities.

Fault analysing of eNodeB sites and BSS.

Card replacement (EC card, AHPLG, A235A, WR8-88A, CWR8-88A etc.)

Cross connection, Traffic Migration, Protection check, Sync Check.

O & M Activities for RAN Network for BTS Sites

Providing Technical support for Nokia BSS Equipment’s for Field Engineers.

All IP and Backhaul Related Activities & Field Support.

Monitoring the Utility related alarms and following escalation matrix.

Monitoring the RAN related alarms and escalating to the RAN technicians for

clearance.

Changing the TRAP IP’s of SMPS for alarms reporting in TemIP.

Checking the SMPS reachability.

Checking the Fibre paths and Interface status, optical power level of fibre.

Checking the ASR900 routers reachability and fibre interface connectivity.

Updating the OFC faults causes report to NOC team for work order closure.
