• Hands of experience of conventional and advanced measuring instrument and software
• In-house and supplier inspection standard preparation and fine tuning as per business requirements
• Interacting with global team and implementing words best practices in plant

• Driving quality standards in plant to meet customer expectation
• Customer and in-house complaints handling
• First pass yield measuring and achieving by involving stake holders
• Major auto customers audit handling and addressing audit observations
• Calibration handling with external laboratories
• SOP and Flow chart development for new process and product development
• Evaluating new product development
• Handling team of 6 including 1 union team members

• Read and interpreted technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
