The Deposit Product Group (DPG) is responsible for developing product strategy for consumer and small business deposit products, and then executing that strategy through key stakeholders. The firm looks to DPG to help drive the acquisition and retention of primary consumer and small business deposit relationships, and grow deposit balances at pricing within our risk appetite.
Acquire deposit customers primarily through the branch and digital channels. Ownership to develop and maintain reporting for the product manager on customer retention and acquisition of consumer products such as: ❖ Mortgage Analysis, ❖ Student Mortgage Analysis, ❖ Churn Out Prediction Modeling, ❖ Deposit Balance Growth Opportunity Findings, ❖ Mass Migration of Consumer and Business Portfolio, ❖ Early Pay Day, ❖ Overdraft Modernization Journey, ❖ ODP Pre/Post Analysis, ❖ MSF Analysis.
